While staying at a beautiful hotel in Duluth, GA, I went outside multiple times without shoes during light rain.
It took a while, but I eventually started to cough.
I took some Ricola Lemon Mint Sugar Free made with Swiss Alpine Herbs (oral anesthetic), made with peppermint, linden flower, lemon balm, thyme, mallow and hyssop (which was purchased via Walmart online shopping platform) and it eased some of the strain on my vocal chords.
I eventually did cough more because I continued to go outside not with the best clothing choices, no shoes, no umbrella and not consistently with a jacket or long sleeves.
I had also purchased some wellness tea called Sleepytime made by Celestial Seasonings.
This is an herbal supplement that is caffeine free called Sleepytime Extra that promotes relaxation with valerian root (which was purchased via Walmart's online shopping platform).
I used a 10 oz Dixie cup provided by the hotel I am at with some Great Value Natural Spring Water (purchased by Walmart and I heated the water in the microwave after filling the cup to about 8 ounces).
I then added about 1 teaspoon of lime juice (bought from Walmart)
Then 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice (bought from Walmart)
About 1 teaspoon of Agave (bought from Walmart)
3 packets of sucralose
I made sure the beverage was heated then I used a medal spoon to stir it well
The final mixture with the above added ingredients to the wellness tea, tasted just like Theraflu, which was invented decades ago and can still be purchased in most major pharmacies, drug stores and other shops.
