New One World Earth Federal financial Prosperity Program Part 1 of 3

All employees will participate in a mandatory Orientation that will cover the history of the RL Corporation.  The orientation will specifically explain the entire product and service portfolio.  Upon completion of orientation, all employees must enroll into the RL Academy or RL University.

RL Academy allows all employees to get an overall understanding of how their department functions and covers all tools and applications that employees will need to perform his or her job duties. 


The RL Academy referred going forth as “Academy” is a minimum of a three-month paid training program. 


Employees will receive hands-on training in the key areas: setting up the Flagship store, organizing displays, how to organize merchandise, patches, monograms and crests, how to issue store credits, how to fold merchandise, how to perform purchase transactions in-person and digitally, how to audit inventory, how to open and close a Flagship store, phone etiquette, how to replace register paper, how to replace printer toner and paper, store policies on hold orders, how to set up for special store events, how to order employee meals for team meetings, how to properly clean and sanitize work stations and the appropriate products to use per assigned area and employees will be trained as additional tasks and responsibilities are assigned to their designated department or internal business unit (Corporate Employees or Contractors).


RL University referred to as “University” going forth will encompass all the above training sessions identified in the RL Academy but will have extensive and comprehensive training that is a minimum of eleven months. 


These programs allow the employees and contractors to become subject matter experts (SMEs) in a specific skillset that includes but is not limited to RL Consulting, Product Development and Design, Sales and Marketing, Digital Design, Hospitality, Café and Restaurant Management, API Management, Artificial Intelligence, How to Launch and Open overseas locations and restaurants, Banking and Financial Services, In-House Financial Services, Appointment Scheduling, Coloring Fundamentals (which includes an additional six month program on color design, textures and textiles) Assignment Bookings for all RL Consultants, How to setup and use Phone Systems, Carpentry (including flooring, cabinets and staining of furniture, there is an extended program for how to make custom furniture) How to perform Interior Design Center duties, Complex Landscaping, Demonstrations, How to prepare café meals, How to setup for Corporate Events, Food Supply Chain Ordering, How to put in Service Orders for all locations (including Café and Restaurants) and how to special order customized RL vehicles packages for multiple vehicle manufacturers (both in the United States of America and Abroad).


All RL Academy and RL University graduates are required to participate in building and developing


RL Estates Homes construction projects and initiatives.


RL Estates Homes consists of multiple estate styled housing complexes that start at $1.5 million. 


The smallest estates will start at 3200 square feet and will extend in size and costs based on geographical location and amenities packages.  Currently there are three packages that all purchasers can buy.

All sites will offer in-house financing and landscaping will be an upcharge for all homeowners and residents.  Based on the size of the home, the landscaping can be as high as $1100 per month, and payments can be made quarterly and annually at a 20% discount.


All homeowners will need to put down a deposit of $2500 and a set installment of balloon payments will be computer generated at time of Pre-closing.


All homeowners and residents will be required to annually make a minimum of $350,000 individually and NOT collectively to ensure that all estates pass bi-annual inspections and maintenance quality service calls to ensure that all SMART home systems and devices are updated and serviced based on federal regulations and manufacture requirements.


All RL Academy and RL University graduates are required to enroll in the new One World Earth federal financial prosperity program by March 1st, 2025.


The above referenced program will serve as a financial supplement to ensure that homeowners and residents can maintain their estate maintenance and property taxes.


All employees will receive three installments for participating in the federal government’s financial prosperity program.


The first installment will be received within six months of graduation from the RL Academy and will be for $750,000 in United States Dollars (USD).


The second installment will be after the completion of three months of employment post RL Academy graduation and will be for $2,125,000.


The final installment will be after the completion of one year of employment or completion of six months of RL University programs and will be for $2,125,000.


PLEASE NOTE: Bonus disbursements can be paid anytime, any day and for any reason after completion of RL Consultants, Ltd orientation completion.


Employee Benefits


All employees and contractors that completed orientation qualify for full benefits including, a housing voucher for temporary housing that will be in effect for up to twelve consecutive months from the date of enrollment of orientation.  Post orientation, such individuals will be able to meet with a housing advisor and secure corporate housing if the individual did not have stable housing prior to the enrollment of orientation.


Corporate Housing is currently located in the following countries: The United States of America, India, Mexico, Canada and Dubai.


The federal government will oversee the housing voucher program and will cover 80% of all costs (including rent, heating, electricity, water, trash, sewer and Wi-Fi internet connections) for up to twelve consecutive months or until employees and contractors can close on their estate homes.


All participants and graduates will be required to register and install SMARTLOCK technologies in their residence of their choosing.


SMARTLOCK technologies as a Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) digitally enhanced monitoring system will be optional to purchase but households will receive a fifty percent off stipend for their participation until they sell or transfer their residence to a loved one of his or her choosing.  The life of the SMARTLOCK technologies will never expire and will require bi-annual security patch updates that will be overseen by Gen Digital.


Riders will be developed on a case-by-case basis for the transfer of RL Estates Homes to loved ones.  The rider will ensure that the deed transferring meetings comply will all federal guidelines.

Gen Digital will serve as the primary vendor for all installations and will need to compensate all their staff annual salaries of no less than $422,678.00 per year to ensure that they remain certified and compliant with all RL Academy and RL University technologies.  This will ensure that all API systems remain federally compliant.


Gen Digital can partner with all secondary diverse suppliers of their choosing and will need to ensure that all suppliers pay their employees and contractors fair market rates.


SMARTLOCK will serve as an internal RFID technology and associated technologies based on federal compliance that ensures that all weekly and monthly supply chain items including but not limited to food from a vendor, groceries from the vendor of their choosing, medical supplies, household items, soft water systems and refill filters and water bottle dispenser deliveries, floral arrangements, and any other miscellaneous items or merchandise that needs to be weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually ordered.


The federal government will reimburse all participating and registered households up to 75% of the above supply chain items, if the orders are submitted based on online guidelines.  If a household does not submit their orders by federal guidelines and due dates, then 50% or 25% reimbursement will be all s/he will receive via an Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) transaction.


Due to unforeseen circumstances, sometimes it may take longer for EFT transactions to post.  If there is a delay based on a government or vendor processing issue, all impacted parties and households will be compensated one-time for five percent.


All participants and graduates will be able to subscribe or get memberships from up to five different technology services, which includes services like HULU, Netflix, Roku, Prime Video, Frndly TV, or similar vendor; and the federal government will temporarily cover this program for five consecutive years.  All households must register within 30 days after the purchase of their first RL Estates Homes.


All graduates of the above referenced RL Academy and RL University can buy up to four estates from RL Estates Homes within a five-year period and will receive the PMI disbursement from their management team within two weeks of submitted request(s).


All graduates must register with a certified and licensed participating realtor during the last quarter or semester of their educational training at RL Academy or RL University.


Within five years of completion of the above, the federal government will create and finalize another new One World Earth federal financial prosperity program that will be called the New Deal Part 8, which will be a tribute to the following United States of America Presidents: Dwight D. Eisenhower, Harry Truman and President Jimmy Carter.
